Honestly, this service department is excellent. Jim and team are always responsive and professional. Today, they went above and beyond. I blew a tire. I had my car back with a new tire within 2 hours. Thank you. Thank you . THANK YOU

I just bought the vehicle from Andrew Hall at MB Morgantown, great experience alltogether, I drove all the way from NJ to Morgantown, WV almost 7hrs drive but worth it.

I just bought my first car since graduating college and securing my teaching job. Working with Andrew to purchase my car (a used 2017 Subaru Outback) was amazing! He listened to any and all concerns and negotiated total financing costs/monthly payments with a sense of kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend dealing here!

Hands down 5-stars for the service dept. Others need to take heavy notes from this place!! I was here from out of town visiting family, when my a/c began shaking the entire dash of my GLB250 and making a terrible noise. We couldn’t turn it up past the lowest setting (during record breaking heatwave!). Jim was so nice and accommodating, he got me in the very next morning. During my visit, I encountered several folks from service and every one of them made me feel welcome. Chris, my service advisor for the visit, was kind, helpful, totally relatable, ... Read More

We couldn’t turn it up past the lowest setting (during record breaking heatwave!). Jim was so nice and accommodating, he got me in the very next morning. During my visit, I encountered several folks from service and every one of them made me feel welcome. Chris, my service advisor for the visit, was kind, helpful, totally relatable, and absolutely wonderdul! I love that the process was texted to my phone step by step in real time, and I was able watch the technicians working on my vehicle via a large monitor in the waiting area. They also texted me a more detailed video of the work. I wish our home dealership would utilize that system! Only one thing mildly bugged me: my husband and I are nearing the point of trading/upgrading our GLB, so while my car was being repaired, I was browsing the lot and seriously considering our next purchase. Not a single sales person approached me or even greeted me when I came back in to the showroom. On one hand, I appreciate being able to peacefully browse, but at the same time, I’m not going to chase down a sele To be fair, they probably knew I was there for service and not from the area, but when someone is on the lot, reading over window stickers, taking photos…ya might want to see if they’re in the market to trade😉. I was also window shopping for my mother because she is upgrading soon as well (and she does live in the area)…so they definitely stand to make a little money from us. All in all though, I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely use them for our Mercedes needs whenever we’re in town! Very grateful for them!

Ellen is extremely rude and confrontational and doesn’t know the first thing about vehicles. She should stick to her desk job.

I purchased a SLK out of state in Virginia and had to have Morgantown dealership update the key fobs, and keys. Also, they performed.an overall inspection of the vehicle? I’ve had it there a few times for service and parts and always, always met with the most pleasant of people and great service. Definitely a five star facility.

Sadly the saleswoman Kimberly made the process of buying our Mercedes awful for us. She was condescending and rude. Avoid this dealership.

I was buying a car from them and I live out of state, in the beginning I was not sure about everything because I’ve never seen the car. i was talking to a female salesperson and she send me video and pics and everything was alright. Till we got to agreement and I talked to the finance manager and I was waiting for the paperwork to get to me so I can sign it, they never send it and I put 3k deposit to secure the car with. They send me a text message asking me to give them my card info to refund me the deposit because they sold the vehicle. Very unprofessional people and they told me it is a good thing that I didn’t buy it became I wasn’t happy with the car which is completely nonsense because if I was I would never put a deposit and make insurance and everything. The only thing I wasn’t happy with in the beginning is the numbers and after I agreed with the finance manager I told him to send me the paperwork so I can sign it but never did and the car got sold. Not recommended at all. Kimberly and Steve who I was talking to.
