We arrived late on a Friday night @ MB of Morgantown to use the service of their Chargepoint EV Level 3 charger for our Chevy Equinox at 4:40 pm. Being new to this process, we were relieved when Andrew Hall, Sales Manager greeted us warmly and not only got us started, he walked us through every step. Not being very tech savvy with apps or EV charging, Andrew was kind enough to take me thru the entire process. We arrived late on a Friday night @ MB of Morgantown to use the service of their Chargepoint EV Level 3 charger for our Chevy Equinox at 4:40 pm. Being new to this process, we were relieved when Andrew Hall, Sales Manager greeted us warmly and not only got us started, he walked us through every step. Not being very tech savvy with apps or EV charging, Andrew was kind enough to take me thru the entire process. Even when we had to re-load the app, get hooked up to their wi-fi and try multiple times--finally success thanks to his expertise! These efforts took us right up to their closing time. Andrew asked how I was going to get back to our hotel. I said "I guess I'll have to walk." He advised it was a bad idea given rush hour traffic and no sidewalks and immediately offered to get a car and drive me to said hotel. Throughout the entire exchange he was pleasant, professional, a joy to spend time with while we talked cars, watches and other joint interests. For a gentleman like this who takes the time when I'm not even a MB customer, would be late on a Friday getting to go home because of my situation was the epitome of customer service AND satisfaction. He mentioned he is expecting a baby so let me take this opportunity to again publicly thank him and wish him every success with his new child. To his employer: you have a winner for a Sales Manager and more importantly, as a human being. IMHO and as a marketing and sales writer/trainer for companies like Procter & Gamble, CINTAS, LensCrafter and many others, this should be used as a positive example of GREAT customer service and a proud example of how all your employees should treat people. Took my 580 there for service even though I didn't purchase it there. Jim in the service department was very responsive, kept me informed on the repair and delivered my car once repair was completed. Some of the parts had to be ordered. My previous experience was with John Session in Washington and after numerous years led to distrust. A friend recommended I try Mecerdes of Morgantown and I was not disappointed.

We recently purchased a G580. Had the pleasure working with Andrew, who made the entire process simple. From test drive to trade in to finalizing the deal. The overall experience was pleasant. The receptionist there even took our dog for a little walk and gave him treats! We highly recommend the dealership and Andrew.

I got my new mercedes glc 250 4matic with amg night package. I am in love with it. Andrew was fantastic to work with. I hope he's still there for the next one. The service department has always been great also. Very happy with them.

I have bought a lot of cars in my life. My experience with Andrew was one of the best for sure. He was very honest and negotiation was fairly done. He did exactly what he said he would do every step of the way and was very personable.
