We arrived late on a Friday night @ MB of Morgantown to use the service of their Chargepoint EV Level 3 charger for our Chevy Equinox at 4:40 pm. Being new to this process, we were relieved when Andrew Hall, Sales Manager greeted us warmly and not only got us started, he walked us through every step. Took my 580 there for service even though I didn't purchase it there. Jim in the service department was very responsive, kept me informed on the repair and delivered my car once repair was completed. Some of the parts had to be ordered. My previous experience was with John Session in Washington and after numerous years led to distrust. A friend recommended I try Mecerdes of Morgantown and I was not disappointed.
I was passing through the area and my car needed a part, this was the closest MB store to where i was located, guy in parts was super friendly to deal with A+!

We recently purchased a G580. Had the pleasure working with Andrew, who made the entire process simple. From test drive to trade in to finalizing the deal. The overall experience was pleasant. I am from Ohio and driving through when my 2025 GLC 350e had its engine light come on. This dealer was a 30 minute ride away and I called them and they offered to look at the car without a wait. Very gracious of them. I was in and out in an hour
I purchased a SLK out of state in Virginia and had to have Morgantown dealership update the key fobs, and keys. Also, they performed.an overall inspection of the vehicle? I’ve had it there a few times for service and parts and always, always met with the most pleasant of people and great service. Definitely a five star facility.

I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Morgantown Service Department. My wife and I had a blowout on our 2017 E-300 while traveling near Morgantown on our way home to Lexington, Kentucky. We had the car towed to the dealership right at closing time, and the service technicians were gone for the day. The Service Manager, Jim Horwath, personally transported us to a nearby hotel and assured us the car would be ready to go the following day, even if they had to send someone to Pittsburgh to pick up a new tire. We worked with Gabe Salyer who did a great job helping me over the phone and via text since we were coming from several hours away for the car. He sent video and pics and had the car ready to go when we got there. Car was very well priced and was overall a great car buying experience. He spent time walking though the numerous tech features with us. They made it worth the 3 hours each way from DC area for the purchase.
This dealership worked on car as follow up to a collision center's failure to properly fix my mercedes. The mechanic was very thorough, and carefully walked me through on the needs of my car. I will continue to use them to service my car!!

I drove 3 hours to test drive a CPO C-Class in their inventory. Initial phone calls and email were great. When I arrived, the car was detailed and ready for me to drive. I enjoyed the test drive very much and returned to the dealership ready to buy. Sat down with Steve the salesman to talk numbers and the price of the car was $2,000 more than what it was advertised for the days prior.
